Program Details:
Purchase a new vehicle from Serra Chevrolet, have all required maintenance performed at Serra during the life of the vehicle and Serra Chevrolet will replace your tires free of charge for as long as you own your vehicle and continue to have all work done at Serra Chevrolet.
Customer completes at, customer's expense, all required maintenance on vehicle according to Manufacturer's instructions as provided in vehicle's owner's manual at Serra Chevrolet within predetermined/specified miles and specified days of such specified maintenance service being due.
Tires will be replaced for normal wear only. Defects in tires and/or Road Hazard damage shall be the responsibility of the Manufacturer of the tire or of the customer. Tires damaged as a result of collision or abuse, are specifically excluded from coverage under the program.
Serra Chevrolet will replace only the original equipment tires on the vehicle at the time of delivery or tires subsequently installed by Serra Chevrolet under the terms of this program.
Serra Chevrolet at its sole election shall have the option of installing replacement tires of like kind and quality as compared to the tires being replaced.
There is no charge to the customer for participation in the program. Customer incurs only the usual and customary charges for services performed.
There is no mileage or age of vehicle limitation. Customer may participate in the program for as long as they continue to own the above referenced vehicle.
Participation in this program is strictly voluntary on the part of the customer. Customer may elect to terminate participation at any time without charge or obligation.
