Don TailorService Manager

Thank you for visiting our Serra Chevrolet website. My name is Don Tailor and I have been employed in the automotive service industry for 23 years. During that time I have worked for Pontiac, Buick, GMC, Oldsmobile, and Saturn. I also have experience with foreign makes Daewoo and Suzuki. I have received numerous awards for customer satisfaction and honors for my work with the AYES (Automotive Youth Excellence Standards)program. I welcome the opportunity to provide a service experience that is both fair and completely satisfying to all my customers.

I have been working in the automotive industry for 10 years. I started as a lube technician and moved up through the service department. My experience in the industry has been with Pontiac, Buick, GMC, Oldsmobile, Daewoo, Suzuki & most of all Chevrolet. Over the years I have earned certifications for Service Consultant and Service Manager through General Motors. I have also earned multiple awards, including two top performer recognitions, through GM's Mark of Excellence programs. I have been happily married for 5 years and have two wonderful children to enjoy my time away from work with.
