- Doreen ScanlonKudos to the entire Serra Team! Just picked up my 6+ year old car from having it detailed and they did a FANTASTIC job inside and out. The interior looks almost like that of a new car...it even has that "new car smell"!. They even got out stains that didn't come out last time I had the car detailed at another dealership. Much gratitude and appreciation to the entire Serra Team; especially Robert, my consultant and Chris, the technician who performed the work. The Serra dealerships I've been to have all been a class act! Professional,courteous, prompt, friendly service will have me visiting this dealership in the future. It was a pleasure doing business with you. The only problem is I got cookie crumbs on the freshly cleaned seats because I couldn't resist grabbing one from their complimentary cookies from the customer waiting area!

I am sorry it took me so long to send this e-mail to thank you for making the lease of our new Malibu such an easy transaction. We appreciate everything you did to get the car to us before our company from North Carolina arrived. They just left this morning so I thought this would be a good time to send you this note. In our initial discussions on the lease we talked about the Smart Lease Protection and I wasn't sure if I wanted to get it on the Malibu after not having to use it on the 2007 Impala. You can imagine my relief that i had it on the Impala when I was rear ended one block from the dealership as I was coming to pick up the Malibu. While the damage was fortunately slight I knew that I would not be required to pay anything and the return of the Imapala would not be delayed. I am glad we decided to include the Smart Lease Protection for the Malibu.

As you know, we visited various dealerships and were especially close to a deal at another chevrolet dealer, but they could not close the deal while you could. Good work. It is appreciated.
I also wish to let you know that I am about to begin my new car search. Currently I am driving a 2007 Grand Prix with 2 remaining payments. I have leased from a competitor for my last 8 or 9 cars at least and will shop there as well. I have looked at Buicks and liked them but found their lease price way above my pay grade. On Sunday the Oakland Press had an article on the Terrain and gave it high marks. That could be a possibility as well; I would not be adverse to a SUV. I have been a Pontiac customer my whole life, so I am in new waters without much of a clue at this point.
Thanks for the great service to Patti. I would like to give you a shot at my new car as well. Please drop me a line with a few recommendations. You should also know that I have the GM discount through my mother and points gained through the GM card, as well as a lease pull ahead from GM. Hope to hear from you soon.
