The new Camaro offers two powertrain options that start with a 3.6-liter V6 engine, which delivers 335 horsepower and 284 pound-feet of torque. Then we have the incredible 6.2-liter Supercharged V8 option, which produces up to 650 horsepower and 650 pound-feet of torque thanks to a fine-tuned design, bestowing the new Camaro with supercar-like performance.

A six-speed manual transmission is standard for the 3.6-liter V6 Camaros. It is optional for the 6.2-liter Supercharged V8 models, but your torque delivery with this powertrain is improved with the double-clutch automatic transmission. All these configurations offer an incredible experience, but the V6 powertrain provides an excellent touring experience, while the V8 simply begs to be driven on racetracks near Oak Park, MI.

Classic American Muscle Car Styling

The new Chevy Camaro looks exactly as you would expect an American muscle car to look: A low-slung sculpted machine with an imposing presence. To celebrate nearly 60 years of legendary performance, the new Camaro has some design elements reminiscent of models from the 1970s. You have wide fenders, swept-back LED headlights and a tapered roofline that ends in a fastback spoiler. Chevy designers wanted to retire the Camaro in style, and we can certainly say that they succeeded. You have 10 exterior color options to choose from with this final model, and they include Red Hot to Cobalt Blue. Convertible versions are available for all V6 models and some V8 models.

A Comfortable Performance Driving Experience

The driver-centric cockpit of the new Camaro is the best that Chevy has designed in almost six decades. Leather-wrapped bucket seats with racing ergonomics, and the flat-bottom steering wheel provides West Bloomfield Township drivers with immediate feedback from the road. The digital instrument cluster displays information with analog-style gauges, and you get key telematics such as boost pressure on a center pane. The rear seats are sufficiently spacious for two adult passengers. Upgrades such as T-Top roof panels are available on select trim levels.
