I already had the SUV picked out that I wanted, and he had it warmed up and waiting for me to take out for a test drive right when I got there. If you are thinking of buying, pre-qualifying is the way to go. I drove off the lot with my brand new Equinox RS that night! Bryant even put my old SUV (not traded in) behind the locked gates till the next day when I picked it up. Overall a pretty Great experience! I can't answer anything about the Service Department, but if they are as nice as the Sales Reps, I'm sure I'll have another stress free experience.Response from Serra Chevrolet
